Project Description – Cashel Palace Hotel
Ecoville completed the concrete works package for the prestigious Cashel Palace Hotel development. This project involved constructing a substantial in-situ concrete structure around a historically sensitive existing building, requiring precise coordination and execution in extremely tight working conditions.
One of the key features was the formation of an in-situ concrete core adjacent to the old structure, delivered with care to protect the surrounding heritage elements. Ecoville also carried out extensive ground beam works and constructed a new wing of the hotel, which included challenging one-sided walls, a bespoke concrete swimming pool, and a series of architecturally detailed columns.
Despite the logistical constraints and technical challenges, Ecoville delivered high-quality results throughout, demonstrating the team’s ability to manage complex work in restricted and sensitive environments.
